Support, feedback, and account deletion
For now, Parrle keeps support deliberately simple. Existing Q.rate app support continues through the legacy support address while Parrle email routing is being prepared.

If your request is about an existing app, include the app name and the email address used in the app, if any.
Account deletion
For Songle or related legacy apps, send an email with the subject 'Delete my account'. Include the exact sign-in email used in the app.
Deletion requests are reviewed manually so the request can be matched to the correct account and handled without exposing personal data in a web form.
Parrle and Auris inquiries
For Auris platform or Parrle product questions, use the same support address and mention Auris in the message.
